Natural Japanese-style food (Washoku) 2 meal (dinner and breakfast) plan

At ume, we greatly value the tradition of eating meals together.

Those who have gathered that day will sit down in the same place to eat together the food of that season. 

It is said that “Washoku”, or Japanese food, is made up of five aspects, summation, harmony, calmness, softness, and peacefulness. All of these aspects contain the same character of 和 (wa).

We hope that through your meal, you can feel the moment present only in this time and place.

The meal is made up of ingredients grown and made in the surrounding area. 

Our meals can be adapted to meet the needs of allergies, as well as vegetarian and halal diets. 

We hope you find peace of heart through “washoku”.

◆Concerning Sauna Usage

All overnight plans include a 2 hour usage of ume,sauna free of charge. 

Those staying the night at ume, can reserve one of these four slots for their group.

(①15:00~17:00 ②17:00~19:00 ③following morning 7:00~9:00 ④9:00~11:00)

The sauna reservations are first come first served. If they time frame you request is not available, we may ask you to chose a different slot. 

One reservation slot is included in the price of your room. If you wish to reserve a second slot, an additional fee of ¥5,000 (pre-tax) is required, providing open slots are available.

◆Concerning plan options

Anniversary plan spend a night with a special someone on your anniversary

Sauna BBQ plan enjoy both our sauna and our barbecue in the afternoon

Additional sauna plan add an additional sauna usage slot to the preexisting one

These options will appear after you have made your reservation, so please check each one

◆Check-in/Check-out

Check in is from 15:00 to 18:00 / check out is at 11:00

Please arrive within the check-in time, as this will affect the dinner schedule. If this is not possible, please inform the staff beforehand. 

◆Access

Please exit the train at Kintetsu Nabari Station and take a taxi to ume,yamazoe. There are taxis waiting at the station. It will take about 15 minutes. 

The roads leading to our hotel are very narrow and difficult to drive on. Please do not attempt to drive to the hotel of your own accord.

◆Concerning meals

Meals will be served in the dining room. Please refrain from eating in your rooms.Snacks and light drinks are fine.

Please inform the staff of any food allergies you may have when you make your reservation. Please note that all the meals are prepared in the same kitchen, and that we cannot guarantee that the allergen will be completely removed. We cannot promise that there will be no possibility of allergic reactions. 

We will do the best of our ability to cater to dietary preferences due to religious beliefs and practices. We will not withhold meals services due to religious differences. Please inform a staff member if you have any such preferences. 

◆Additional information

All rooms and facilities are non-smoking.

We do not offer accommodation for pets.
