【How to book a gourmet plan】

①Book a restaurant by phone(Date and time/number of people)  
Please make a reservation at the restaurant by yourself. Please be sure to tell the shop staff that you would like to make a reservation with the "HOTEL KARAE" plan. Reservations for restaurants are only applicable to telephone reservations, so reservations from the Internet (tabelog, Gurunavi, etc.) are not applicable. For inquiries regarding business hours, seat availability, etc., please contact each restaurant directly.

②Reservation of accommodation PLAN
Please make a reservation from this plan screen after completing the telephone reservation of the restaurant. In the remarks column (Questions about accommodation), please indicate the date and time of your reservation.

③Checking the email from the hotel
Please be sure to check the email from the hotel stating the date and time of your stay and the date and time of your visit to the restaurant.

This is a popular local restaurant with a wide variety of menu items, so you are sure to find a dish what you like. The most popular menu is fresh vegetables wrapped by sliced pork!
There is a wide variety of vegetables such as enoki, asparagus, garlic sprouts, okra, and the Japanese herb called shiso.

The gourmet plan, a collaboration between "Yakitori Toppen" and HOTEL KARAE, offers not only Yakitori, but also local soul food "Gyorokke (: Minced fish meat mixed with chopped vegetables such as onions and carrots, then breaded and deep-fried)" and colander tofu from "Kawashima Tofu".

We are very proud of our skewers, which are slowly grilled over charcoal, and we recommend that you try them with our original secret spices.
The spices are excellent and give the skewers a different taste that might well keep you ordering more!
