Regarding accommodation reservations, we open reservations from the 1st of the month, 3 months before your stay.
(ex) The date you wish to stay: 2024/2/20
　 The date we open reservations: 2023/11/1

If the credit card registered at the time of reservation cannot be used for payment, the reservation may be automatically canceled. Please be sure to check that your card has the appropriate expiration date and that you have not reached your credit limit. Hanare doesn't take any responsibility for this automatic cancellation.
