If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please contact us on the day of arrival. Arrivals without notice after 9:00 PM may be treated as cancellations.
There is no dedicated parking for hotel guests. Please use the nearby “Onomichi Ekimae Port Parking.” Parking fees are the responsibility of the guest.
We are happy to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
(Storage for more than two days will incur an additional fee.)

Children 13 and above are considered adults at this property.
There's no capacity for cribs at this property. This property doesn't offer extra beds.
There are also steps in front of the rooms that are not well accessible for people with disabilities..

The above cancellation policy will be applied even if the reservation is made under different names.
