Price

Advance payment by credit card is required at the time of reservation.

・Adults (Junior high school age and above): 3,500 yen
・Children (Elementary school age and below): 1,500 yen (with plate) or Free (without plate)

※ If a 12-year-old is an elementary school student, please book them as an 11-year-old.
※ For children who will not be having the plate lunch, please do not include them in the reservation count. Instead, please enter their number in the question asked at the end of the reservation process. During lunch, they are welcome to share food with an accompanying person, or you may order bread or other menu items from our store. Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks, except for baby food or in cases of special dietary needs such as allergies.

Schedule

10:30 AM: Meet at Hitozato Ground
10:40 AM - 11:20 AM: Move to the field and enjoy the blueberry harvesting experience.
11:30 AM: Enjoy Tanagokoro Plate Lunch at Tanagokoro Village
After the meal, participants are kindly requested to cooperate with a short survey before dismissal.

If you're coming from the Akiruno City area, our entrance will be on your immediate right, just past the "Henbori" traffic light.
Please look for Inoue Shokuhin, a company that manufactures and sells Hinohara Village's special konnyaku.

What to Bring & Wear

・Long-sleeved shirt and long pants: Please wear clothing that covers your skin to protect against dirt and insects, as you'll be entering the fields.
・Shoes that can get dirty
・Hat, drinks, etc., for heat stroke prevention

Important Notes

If you are coming by bus, please take the bus departing Musashi-Itsukaichi Station at 9:06 AM and arriving at the Henbori bus stop at 9:56 AM. This will mean arriving 30 minutes before the meeting time, but we appreciate your understanding due to the limited number of bus services.
When moving to Tanagokoro Village, please use the bus departing Henbori bus stop at 11:25 AM and arriving at Uzushiki-iriguchi bus stop at 11:29 AM.
For your return trip to Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, please consider taking the buses departing at 1:30 PM or 2:57 PM, among other options.

Are there any convenience stores nearby?

Unfortunately, there are no stores or vending machines in the immediate vicinity. Please prepare any food ingredients, seasonings, or other necessities you might need in advance.

What's the climate like?

While we're in Tokyo, we're located deep in the mountains at a high elevation. This means winters are very cold, and even in summer, mornings and evenings can be cool. Please pay close attention to your clothing, especially during winter.

Can we set off fireworks?

No, but you're welcome to enjoy handheld fireworks only on the Akigawa riverbed, which flows directly below our facility. Please refrain from using projectile fireworks. Remember to take all your trash with you.

Is there a TV?

No, there is no TV provided. We encourage you to enjoy conversations with family and friends or simply embrace the peaceful atmosphere.

How can we enjoy pizza making?

Pizza making is an exclusive activity for guests staying overnight at YURAKU or those with a full-day private rental. If you wish to make pizza, you can pre-order pizza dough (for a fee) as an option, and we'll provide it on the day of your stay. Please bring your own sauce and toppings. If you need instructions on how to use the pizza oven or a pizza-making lecture, please ask our staff on the day.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available.

What payment methods are accepted on-site?

You can pay with cash, credit cards, e-money, or QR code payments.

Can we play in the river or have a day BBQ before check-in?

We apologize, but due to facility cleaning and parking arrangements, we cannot accommodate early arrivals before check-in or day-use BBQs. Please enjoy river activities and barbecuing only during your stay, from check-in until check-out.

What should we do for meals during our stay?

Please prepare your own meals using our BBQ facilities and cooking utensils. Please note that while Hidamari does not have BBQ facilities, it does have a kitchen. Guests staying at Chame House or Hidamari can add a breakfast option.

★ Don't forget to visit the bakery "Tanagokoro" located within Tanagokoro Village!
Besides bread, we also offer lunch menus like pizza and pasta, and cafe items. You can enjoy bread and pizza for takeout or dine-in during business hours. Feel free to stop by during your stay or even after check-out!

When can I change the number of people in my reservation?

Please make changes at least three days in advance. However, if you have a last-minute change, please let us know as soon as possible. If the number of people decreases during the period when cancellation fees apply, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
