Isolation means to isolate yourself. In other words, it is a device that allows you to enter a deep meditative state by blocking out and isolating various information such as light, and sound from the outside world. Floating in an aqueous solution filled with epsom salt (magnesium sulfide) which is said to have five times the buoyancy of the Dead Sea, and being in an almost zero-gravity state releases all the muscles in your body due to the effects of its buoyancy. Due to the muscles naturally relaxing, your body will be able to unwind without relying on any external stimuli. The sensation on your skin or on any other part of your body will gradually become one with the water due to the water being body temperature, blocking out any external sound or light. It is almost as if your spiritual self is floating in a world absent of color. Experiments have shown that the brain waves at this time are similar to the daydreaming state that occurs just before falling asleep or in shallow sleep, and it is apparently supposed to be close to the state of consciousness that an expert meditator can experience. Floating in the tank is almost like dreaming and sleeping at the same time. It has also been said that the being in the tank is similar to that of a fetus floating within the amniotic fluid of their mother's womb, leaving the consciousness in a deep meditative state.
Relaxation
By surrendering yourself to floating in water five times the buoyancy of seawater,
your muscles will begin to relax, making you feel almost weightless. It is also believed that as the sensory organs are disconnected from receiving and accepting any information along with images that appear in the brain is quite similar to the sensation that several experienced meditators reach and is known to have a high relaxation effect.
Fatigue Relief
By shutting down the five senses and allowing one to merely float, the brain is released from processing any information of external stimuli which is accounted for nearly 90% of neural activity thus reducing any accumulated stress. Research has shown that it is effective in preventing mood disorders and other disorders due to being able to relieve brain fatigue.
Counseling
01 Cleanse the body
Before the session begins, you are required to clean your entire body in a private shower room to remove sebum, dirt, makeup, hair wax, etc.
02 Enter the tank and float
Enter the tank and you will automatically start floating. At first you may put pressure on your muscles but you will gradually relax and float with ease.
03 Meditation time
Start meditating according to the narration that will begin playing. It is usually easier to enter a meditative state not by forcing yourself not to think, but rather by reflecting and observing yourself naturally.
04 Rinse yourself
After 60 minutes, the narration will be play, signaling the end of the session. After washing the solution off of yourself, please feel free to dry your hair and do any personal grooming such as putting on makeup.
05 Hydration
While hydrating yourself in the relaxation room, we welcome you to reflect upon your experience within the tank.

Q Is it okay to be a beginner at meditation?
We welcome beginners. The isolation tank is a device for artificially reaching a physical state that can only be reached by skilled meditators, so even first-time meditators can experience the sensation of meditation. However, please understand in advance that any benefits and effects will vary depending on your physical condition and mood.
Q Are friends and family able to participate as well?
There are two isolation tank rooms so depending on availability, up to 2 people are able to use the isolation tank respectively at the same time. Please note that it is not possible for more than one person to enter the tank.
Q What should i wear?
Normally, in order to minimize physical sensation, it is recommended that you try it without any clothes, but if you prefer otherwise, it is also possible to wear a bathing suit.(In which case, please bring a bathing suit)
Q Is there any chance of drowning if I fall asleep in the tank?
Due to the extremely strong buoyancy, you will not unconsciously roll over without touching your hands or feet. In fact, many people sleep soundly during the experience and feel deeply relaxed.
Q Is it possible to participate if I have a fear of claustrophobia or dark places?
Since a strong sense of anxiety reduces the effectiveness of meditation, it is not recommended to participate, so please do so at your own discretion. The tank is about the size of a double bed, and you can open and close the door along with turning the lights on and off by yourself.
