Cancellation Policy (Revised April 2023)

Following the reservation request approval, cancellation fees will be applied according to the following policy:

(1) From the day after the reservation to 91 days prior to the start of the stay: ¥5,500 (as an administrative fee)

(2) From 90 days to 61 days prior to the start of the stay: 20% of the Japan Preschool Exchange program fee

(3) From 60 days to 31 days prior to the start of the stay: 40% of the Japan Preschool Exchange program fee

(4) From 30 days prior to the start of the stay: 100% of the Japan Preschool Exchange program fee

※ The cancellation fees may vary depending on the duration of the stay.
※ In case of changes to the schedule after the reservation, it will be treated as a cancellation followed by a new reservation, and similar cancellation fees will apply.
※ We appreciate your understanding that canceling or changing the schedule close to the preschool exchange date will incur expenses due to the preparation and coordination with the childcare facility and accommodation.
※ While the cancellation policy is mentioned in two places in the reservation system, the correct and updated policy is the one listed in this section. We kindly ask for your understanding.

The check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the preschool exchange destination. For detailed information, please refer to the preschool exchange booklet provided to you after making the reservation.

Although the reservation system shows unified check-in and check-out times, the correct schedule will be indicated in the study abroad booklet. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
