■BBQ, Bonfire, Fireworks
BBQ stoves and fire pits are available for rental.
Reservations can be made as an option.
To comply with facility management, fire prevention, fire laws, insurance, etc., it is necessary to use the prescribed fuel and tools.
Please refrain from bringing your own BBQ fire pit and utilize the designated rental equipment.
Only handheld fireworks may be used in the designated area (near the fire pit).
Dispose of used fireworks in the provided bucket, and exercise caution when handling fire.
In case of an emergency, please use the provided fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
*Due to Lake Yamanakako Village regulations, outdoor BBQ, bonfires, and fireworks are permitted only until 10:00 p.m. Beyond 10:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to enjoy these activities indoors.
Please maintain a quiet atmosphere during the night to avoid disturbing other guests.
Additionally, refrain from using loud musical instruments or sound equipment that may disrupt the peace for other guests or the neighborhood.
*In case of rain, BBQ is only allowed under the stretch tent.
Please be aware that we may need to cancel your reservation in the event of natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snowfall.
■Heating
From December to March, during the winter months, a heating fee of 1,000 yen per facility (2 days and 1 night) will be applied.
We appreciate your understanding and request that you settle the fee upon check-in.
■Wearing Studless Tires During the Winter Season
For visits between December and March, the winter season, we recommend using studless tires and chains when traveling by car.
Depending on weather conditions, studless tires may be mandatory, and the road could be closed if you arrive without them.
*We prioritize the safety of our customers. In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoon, heavy rain, snowfall, strong winds, etc., we may regrettably have to temporarily close our facilities.
If this occurs, we will refund the entire accommodation fee, and you can reschedule your event for another date.
■Our venue is not intended for parties, so we kindly request that guests refrain from creating excessive noise.
■Please be advised that our company is not liable for any theft or loss of property.
It is your responsibility to manage your valuables and equipment at your own risk.
■The facility cannot be held responsible for accidents, troubles, injuries, or any damages resulting from the user's negligence within the facility.
Users are accountable for the installation and management of equipment and must take measures to prevent accidents during use.
■Pets are not permitted in our facility.
■Smoking is only allowed on the deck; it is not permitted inside or outside the entrance.
■Ensure to separate your garbage and dispose of it in the designated cans. Please distinguish burnable trash from cans, bottles, and PET bottles.
Finally, Yamanakako Village is located at the foot of Mt. Fuji and is at a high altitude of 1,000m above sea level.
Regardless of the season, the outside temperature may be much colder than expected in the mornings and evenings, so if you are planning to enjoy a BBQ or bonfire, we strongly recommend that you bring warm winter gear.
