On the first floor of the renovated building in October 2024, the Chinese restaurant “Banrai Hanten,” which has been a longtime favorite of the community, will be renovated into the Taiwanese diner “Banrai Hanten.

Visitors can enjoy interacting with local residents through food.

After a pleasant dining experience, guests check in with their own tablets through a special entrance for guests only. The smart lock allows keyless entry and exit without having to carry a key.

The front desk is unmanned, so you can check in at your own timing.
