We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets for stays, day trips, or photo shoots.

The pool is closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The facilities are unavailable from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Please refrain from activities that may disturb nearby residents, such as noise, vibration, or foul odors. We especially ask for quiet between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be aware that if trouble arises, such as a visit from police officers, you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund, even during your stay.

The pool is open from April to November.

Regarding the heated pool
Heating is scheduled for April to June and September to November. During the peak summer months of July and August, the water temperature is adjusted to a comfortable level using a heat pump. (Example: When the outside temperature is 37°C, the water temperature is lowered to approximately 29–30°C.)

7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises. Please refrain from smoking outside the premises as well, as it may disturb nearby residents.

Meals are not provided. Please bring your own BBQ ingredients or arrange catering.
