Our check-in time is between 8AM and 9PM only.

We can’t accept guests who arrival between 9PM and 8AM

Entrance door is closed by 11PM.

Japanese Course dinner

You will experience authentic course dinner.

Our course dinner is a meal at one with nature. The design and the display of the food is a reflection of shapes found within nature.
Throughout the dinner, each dishes will be served soon after it is prepared so as to maintain the freshness of the ingredients.
The ingredients are natural, high quality and chosen according to the season.

If there are any ingredients you can't have or an allergy from the list below, we can't accept the reservation: -wheat-Seafood-Vegetables-Bonito, Konbu Seaweed, and Seafood broth -Soy Sauce, Miso (Beans or gluten allergy). Any other ingredients you can't have, please let us know 7 days before or else we may not be able to make an adjustment. )

And we don't have menus for vegetarian.

NOTE*

The latest possible start time for the dinner is 6:30 p.m.

If you will not arrive at Sumiyosiya by 6:00PM, your reservation for the dinner will be cancelled.

Refunds cannot be issued for missed dinners.

A Japanese breakfast includes a variety of dishes in small portions. You might actually think it’s dinner.

Menu example

Steamed rice, dashi broth miso soup, a soft-boiled egg, pickled vegetables, grilled salmon, ,boiled spinach, Tofu with grated ginger.
The menu may differ daily.

Japanese breakfast: 3,000Yen per a serving. Closed on Wednesday, Thursday.
