With the elegant appearance of wabi-sabi, When I opened the front door, you will be greeted by a female manager called "Okami" in her raditional Japanese "mama-san"apron. With 10 seats at the counter and 6 private rooms can accommodate at the restaurant, a wide range of customers, from single customers to families.

“Ittenbari”　is particular about the freshness of the food. The owner of the restaurant goes to the local market every morning to inspect the fish caught in the Genkai Sea, which are firm and fatty. The carefully selected seasonal fish are all fresh and lively. The dishes prepared by skilled chef who bring out the best of the ingredients are elegant, flavorful and all excellent.

This course is an selected kappo cuisine using the freshest and most recommended ingredients of the day. Please enjoy to your heart's content the luxurious "umakamon（A dialect word meaning "delicious food）" of Karatsu served in a variety of cooking methods.
