The tranquil townhouse "GEN" features a tea room and wall murals, creating a serene and wabi-sabi-inspired space. The design includes a room with 2 single beds, a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 3 futons, and a tea ceremony room that can sleep up to 2 guests with futons. This versatile layout makes it suitable for both small groups and larger gatherings.
The tea room, characterized by its distinctive lattice ceiling, can also be used as an extraordinary annex that accommodates up to 2 guests. The three-dimensional wooden lattice allows you to enjoy natural light and rhythmic perspectives, making the experience of sleeping here truly exceptional.
A cozy, hidden retreat featuring a large dining table where up to eight people can comfortably converse, and a spacious kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. The living area provides a comfortable and welcoming space for gathering and relaxation.
One of the most striking features is the artwork by artist Sync.Kudo, which is said to express the changing world. You can enjoy his pieces throughout the rooms.
The main building's second floor has two single rooms.
The Japanese-style room on the second floor of the main building can accommodate up to three futons. It is popular for family trips due to its versatility and convenience.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes, allowing you to enjoy a home-like experience.
The chic bathroom, featuring a gray color scheme, is stocked with bath towels and hand towels for your convenience.
The large screen projector offers unlimited Netflix access, making it perfect for a movie night.
Complimentary coffee and green tea are provided. Enjoy a moment of relaxation with a Nambu ironware teapot.

Facility Precautions
Is the facility non-smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted in the courtyard. Please refrain from smoking near the entrance to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Can we hold a party?
Hosting parties is not permitted at this facility. As the property is located in a residential area with the nature of a nagaya, sound can easily travel, so we kindly ask for your consideration to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
What happens if check-out is delayed?
If check-out is delayed, the cleaning staff will have to wait outside. Please adhere strictly to the check-out time. If a late check-out is necessary, an additional fee of ¥3,000 per hour will apply.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
What should I do for check-in?
We will send you the smart lock code via email three days before check-in.
Use by unregistered guests
Only registered guests may use the facility. If any violations of house rules are observed, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Additionally, if the number of guests exceeds the reserved number, an additional fee of ¥20,000 per night plus bed fees will be charged.
Bed usage
We do not allow the use of more beds than the number of guests in the reservation. If it is discovered that additional beds have been used, you will be charged for the extra guests according to the number of additional beds used.
Cleaning
If additional cleaning or special tasks beyond standard cleaning are required, a cleaning fee of ¥10,000 will be charged.
Lost items
If any items are found, we will contact the guest as soon as possible. The items will be kept for one week, after which they will be discarded. Please note that a handling fee of ¥3,000 plus shipping costs will apply. For international shipping, please be aware that items containing batteries may not be able to be shipped.
