This holiday house community was founded in 1950s as a peaceful place for the creatives and thinkers. One of our neighbours is a novelist too. Please be quiet after 8pm. Please be careful with wine and food spillage, especially on the carpet upstairs. ー　Hinoki Bath　ー We have no railings around the outdoor bath. Please be careful not to fall! In the middle winter, please leave the water in the bath tub as the pipe may freeze otherwise. Also, please bring swimwear as the bath area is not enclosed. ー　Sauna　ー　 Please read the manual carefully. No candles or oil please as they'd leave stains on the hinoki wood. ー　Furniture　ー We have many hardwood furniture which get stains from water and food. Please use the coasters and trivets provided. ー　Japanese room　ー　 Please don't leave the duvet and futon in front of the heaters to prevent fire. ー　BBQ Rental　ー If you'd like to rent a BBQ grill for 3000 yen, please book our BBQ option 2 days in advance by messaging us. It will come with Weber Grill, charcoal for one use, tongs and fire starter. ー　Fireplace Option　ー November to March Only If you'd like to use the fireplace for 3000 yen, please book at least 2 days in advance by messaging us. Please only use it after reading the manual provided. If you use it without our permission, we will ask you to leave straight away and you'll be charged 100,000 yen as a penalty. ー　Car park height limit is 170cm　ー The roofed car park has a limit of 170cm. If you have a bigger car, you can park in the unroofed parking area next to it.
