① About a Public Sauna

A Public Sauna is a shared sauna that can be enjoyed by multiple guests.

• Maximum capacity per sauna: 6 people

• Maximum guests per booking: 4 people

The limit ensures a comfortable experience, even for solo guests.

② The Sauna

The Sauna was created by ourselves with the theme "All Nature".
Experience a Finnish-style sauna surrounded by nature, which changes with the seasons.

Three Types of Public Saunas

Unit 1: Yksi
The first sauna, built with imagination and passion.

• The striking wood-burning stove is the heart of the sauna.

• Dim lighting, flickering flames, crackling firewood, and sunlight on sauna stones create a unique atmosphere.

Unit 2: Kaksi

Built by staff in 2020, this second sauna (Kaksi = "two" in Finnish) is a rare two-story structure.

• Enjoy a sense of being enveloped by heat and the excitement of gathering with friends in the attic.

• Larger space than Yksi with big windows for an open, relaxing feeling.

Unit 5: Viisi (Public Use on Weekends & Holidays Only)

Usually reserved for private use, Unit 5 is open to the public on weekends and holidays.

• Night slot only: 19:45–21:15 (90 minutes)

Barrel Cold Bath

• Draws spring water from Mt. Kurohime.

• Temperature changes with the season and weather.

  April–June: 11°C / July–September: 16°C

  October–December: 9°C / January–March: 3°C

Lake Nojiri Dive

• During summer, you can dive directly into Lake Nojiri, located right in front of the sauna, instead of the cold bath.

  (Varies depending on water level)

Outdoor Cooling Area

• Relax in the forested outdoor area in front of the sauna.

• Covered areas and umbrellas are available in case of rain or snow.

Weekdays: ¥3,500 per person

Weekends & Holidays: ¥4,500 per person

Groups of 5 or more should book a private sauna instead.

• Poncho rental included free of charge for this slot.

⑤ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees per person:

• 1 day before: 50% of the fee

• Same day: 100% of the fee

Note: Changing the date within the above period will incur cancellation fees.

Q. Can I book a private sauna?
A. Unit 1 (Yksi) and 2 (Kaksi) cannot be booked for private use.

Q. Can I book for 5 or more people?
A. Public saunas accept up to 4 people per booking.
For 5 or more, please reserve a private sauna in Kolme, Neljä, or Viisi.

Payment Notes:

1. Payment is processed from the card registered at booking the day after the usage date.

2. Even if the card has available credit at booking, exceeding the limit before the usage date may result in automatic cancellation.

3. If canceled automatically, you will receive an email notification. Please adjust the credit limit or use another card to rebook.
