There is no permanent staff at the facility.
Online support is available from 9:00 to 21:30.

Parking lots
Up to two cars can be parked per room. Parking is free of charge for guests staying at the hotel.

About room amenities
BLUE STEAK WONDER is environmentally conscious and does not provide disposable plastic toiletries. (Shower towels, combs, shower caps, razors, etc.)
We also do not provide room wear, so we ask that you bring what you normally use with you.
For the same reason, we do not provide room cleaning during your stay, but we will clean your room and change linens and towels every week for guests staying for 7 nights or longer.

About Breakfast
Since the hotel does not have a restaurant, we will prepare a coupon for a meal plan in your room, which can be used at nearby partner restaurants.

How To Check-in & Check-out
Online assist by our staff is available from 9:00am~9:30pm, as the staff are not resident in the property. If you have any problem upon your arrival, we would be more than happy to assist you. 【Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.】 Please rest assured check-in process is simple and easy. You can check-in automatically from the tablet terminal at the entrance. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to fill out guest registration form. You can use this check-in code or QR code to check in easily and smoothly. If you don't fill out all of guest registration form in advance, you will be asked to do so upon arrival, which may take a few extra minutes. 【Check-out : By 11:00 a.m.】 If you wish to stay longer than the above hours, an extra 2,200 yen per 30mins will be charged.

Early check-in is possible depend on the room cleaning situation after 13:00 for a fee of 4,400 yen per hour.
