食とエネルギーの地産地消体験プラン(朝夕2食+体験付)
“Momo’s Inn” is accommodation where guests can consume locally-sourced food and energy and experience an “eco-friendly” lifestyle.
We are delighted to share the kind of lifestyle that we aspire to and spend some fulfilling moments with our guests.
Experiencing local production for local consumption experience
Food and energy are the bare necessities for survival. As such, we – at Momo’s Inn – consider them as being part of “basic infrastructure” and put this into practice by producing our own food and energy.
《Basic infrastructure》
Locally-produced food
Rice, soy products (miso, etc.), ume plum products (umeboshi pickled plums, umeshu plum liqueur, etc.)
Locally-produced energy
Firewood
During their stay, our guests will have the opportunity to harvest seasonal vegetables and to chop some wood ahead of the winter to come.
Throughout the seasons, we also offer our guest opportunities to get involved in rice or soy bean cultivation and miso or umeboshi making.
Meals
We serve local produce such as vegetables and rice grown with great care by Momo’s staff and local farmers, “Takeshi pork” raised in vast mountain pastures, “Fattoria AL FIORE” wines, coffee brewed with beans from “KURIYA COFFEE ROASTERS”, etc. They will all come with some stories about their making.

Guests will also get to taste fresh vegetables harvested by themselves on the day of their stay. Both guests and hosts will eat together to enjoy a lively meal time.
If you have any allergies, please let us know in the comments box when booking.
