About Karuizawa Butter Sand

"Parfait Butter Sand" by Butter Sand Lab Karuizawa is a signature treat crafted with Shinshu fruits and premium grass-fed butter made from cows raised on natural pastures. Guests will receive one butter sandwich each, choosing between "Shinshu Perfectly Ripe Strawberry" or "Framboise & Bitter Chocolate." Pair these exquisite flavors with a fine wine for a truly delightful experience.

Optional Experience: Strawberry Picking at Karuizawa Garden Farm

　Grown in pristine conditions with clean water and air, these highland strawberries, such as "Benihoppe" and "Kaorino," boast a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The farm offers elevated cultivation for easy access, making it enjoyable for all ages.

Price: ¥2,000/person (tax included, for ages 4 and above). Includes entry and 250g of strawberries.
