Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you arrive before check-in and stay at the hostel, a co-working fee of 900 yen per person will be charged. Late check-in after 9pm will be charged 1000 yen per person. If you will be arriving after 9pm, please be sure to contact us in advance. Check-in is not possible after 23:00.

No smoking inside the hotel.

No food provided. Shared kitchen available. The cafe and bar at the entrance usually serve only drinks (you can bring in food).

Luggage storage before check-in is possible from 10am. If you would like to send luggage by mail, please contact us in advance and specify the arrival date of the luggage as the day of check-in.

Up to 1 child under the age of 6 stays free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult. However, amenities such as bath towels are not included. Children over 7 years old will be charged the same price as adults.

Sauna is not included in the stay. However, guests can use the Kura sauna at a discounted rate. Both [Birch] and [Daylily] have saunas available exclusively to guests, the use of which is included in the room rate.

If you damage any fixtures or accessories, please contact us immediately (we will charge you the corresponding amount). Guests who are drunk or intoxicated may be refused accommodation. In case of unauthorized entry, an additional fee of 100,000 yen will be collected. If there is smoking inside the building, a cleaning fee of 100,000 yen will be charged.

Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee including tax. Your reservation will be canceled free of charge only if all Sado Kisen (car ferries on the Niigata-Ryotsu route, Jetfoil, and car ferries on the Naoetsu-Ogi route) on the day of your reservation are cancelled.

We are now accepting reservations for 2025. (Last check-in will be December 20th) We will begin accepting reservations for the triathlon period (September 5th to 8th) at 12:00 on March 30th. For 2026, reservations are scheduled to begin around October 2025.

For winter-only plans, discounts for consecutive nights will be applied for stays of 2 nights or more. We also offer advantageous weekly plans for stays of 7 nights or more. For regular plans starting March 10th, you will receive a 10% discount on your stay starting from the 3rd night, 15% off from the 7th night, 20% off from the 14th night, and 30% off from the 28th night.
