The off-grid residential module "WEAZER" developed by ARTH is an innovative product that enables you to stay in various places without relying on existing infrastructure by self-sustaining energy and creating water from rainwater. We will deploy WEAZER in places with world-class views and areas with vulnerable infrastructure, providing "Experiences that can only be enjoyed at that place."

We will respond to a variety of uses such as accommodations, villas, and emergency shelters in times of disaster with a custom-made approach, and will continue to develop and sell this product.

WEAZER Nishi-Izu is an off-grid accommodation that utilizes natural energy. It is independent of existing infrastructure such as electricity and water supply, and self-sustains its electricity and water needs.

Our facility, which offers a panoramic view of Suruga Bay, is exclusive to one group per day. Here, you can enjoy the natural resources unique to West Izu, such as the azure sea in the morning, the setting sun sinking into the sea, and a sky full of stars. Please enjoy the luxurious passage of time in our 75 square meter rooms, with stunning open-air baths and terraces.

For dinner, we offer a special Italian menu using the food resources of Izu. A dedicated concierge will guide you through a special accommodation experience. We invite you to experience a new form of stay at WEAZER, where you live with 100% natural energy.

Park your car in the exclusive parking lot for guests and take a break at LOQUAT Nishi-Izu.

3:10PM~ Bake & Gelato SANTi Welcome Gelato

We source the best ingredients of the season from local producers and incorporate them into our gelato. The flavors are completely revamped every two months, so you can enjoy it with each season. As we do not use artificial additives such as preservatives or colorings, it can be enjoyed safely by children as well.

3:30PM~ Depart for WEAZER Nishi-Izu in a dedicated shuttle

It's about a 10-minute drive to WEAZER Nishi-Izu. After passing through a lush forest, you will be greeted by the glittering Suruga Bay in the sunlight. Please enjoy the ride in our dedicated shuttle vehicle (EV).

3:45PM~ Arrival at WEAZER Nishi-Izu Villa

After a 10-minute drive, you get off the car and walk down the approach to find a single guest room standing alone. As you open the front door and step inside, you will see the grand Suruga Bay spread out in front of you.

The interior of the guest room is designed with a calming, warm atmosphere centered around wood. On clear evenings, you can see the sun setting over Suruga Bay and the starry sky from the terrace at night. In the morning, you can see the sea sparkling in the sunlight from your room.

4:00PM~ Explore the surroundings

The Funayama area, where WEAZER Niishi-Izu is located, is rich in nature and offers a variety of expressions each season. If you walk down the slope towards the sea, you can reach the seaside in less than 10 minutes. Please enjoy the untouched, crystal-clear sea.

5:00PM~ Open-air bath & sunset viewing

By the time you return to your room, the sun begins to go down, and the sky is starting to turn crimson. Until dinner time, please enjoy the open-air bath and viewing the sunset from the terrace with a champagne glass in hand.

6:00PM~ Dinner Italian Full Course

As the sun sets and your stomach starts to grumble, we will come to your room to pick you up. We will provide transportation to our restaurant, LOQUAT Nishi-Izu.

The blessings of soil, water, and sun in West Izu, surrounded by mountains and sea. With the idea of contributing to the region through "food" by creating Italian cuisine that allows you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients as they are, we express West Izu through a dish that is vibrant with fresh ingredients. Enjoy the luxurious dishes made with West Izu ingredients, overseen by a Michelin 1-star chef, and carefully selected wines.

8:00PM~ Enjoy a leisurely time under a star-filled sky

There are few street lights around the facility, so you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky from your room.

When you wake up in the morning and open the curtains, you will see the Suruga Bay sparkling in the morning sun right in front of you. Enjoy a different expression from the day before.

For breakfast, we prepare a special Japanese set meal that highlights the carefully made salt from "Ita", located close to WEAZER Nishi-Izu. Please enjoy a breakfast made with plenty of local ingredients, such as rice from Izu and homemade miso, together with the stunning view sparkling in the morning sun.
