A single-story room with a sense of openness, with a large opening facing the sea. On the terrace overlooking Suruga Bay, wrapped in nature, there is an open-air bath and a daybed. A water basin is set up across the entire terrace, and from inside the room, it appears as if you are floating on the sea. Enjoy the fantastical view from this room, limited to one group per day.

This facility uses the residential off-grid module "WEAZER" for its rooms. All electricity and water in the rooms are self-sufficient, powered by natural energy.

[About the Off-Grid System]

WEAZER Nishi-Izu is a facility that utilizes the off-grid residential module "WEAZER". Off-grid is a term that describes a state of self-sufficiency in electricity and water, independent from existing infrastructure such as electricity and water supply. Literally, the rooms in our facility are not connected to electricity, water supply, or gas. Electricity is supplied by solar power, and water is filtered and sterilized rainwater, which is then recycled. Additionally, a special purification device ensures that no wastewater is produced, preventing damage to the surrounding environment.

We provide transportation between our facility and the LOQUAT Nishi-Izu dinner venue using an Electric Vehicle (EV). The energy used for this EV is supplied by the surplus power generated by the solar panels of WEAZER Nishi-Izu. Moreover, in emergency situations, such as when there is a power shortage at WEAZER Nishi-Izu, we have a "V2H (Vehicle to Home)" system in place, which allows the use of the power stored in the EV to be transmitted and used in the building.

This product uses bamboo, a material that absorbs more CO2 than other trees. Moreover, bamboo material does not easily generate static electricity, so the hair comb allows you to brush while protecting the cuticles. The tooth powder paper reduces about 98% of plastic compared to individually packaged toothpaste.
