Your Own Private Sanctuary on the Seto Inland Sea

Our self-renovated Japanese “minka” house is located in a tiny town on a tiny island of Japan. This area of Awaji Island and the beach situated right in front of the house isn't very well known so it will be like your own private sanctuary.

Enjoy the magnificent sunset views over the Seto-Inland Sea that change colour every day. Take a scenic walk to the lighthouse and you may spot jumping mullet or even stingray. Relax in the stillness of nature and watch the island's black kites hunt. There is also a stunning view of neighbouring Shodo Island and the coastline spanning all the way from Akashi to Kakogawa.

素晴らしい夕日はこのエリアの名物で、瀬戸内海が日によってはピンクやオレンジに染まりこの世のものと思えない美しさがあります。

灯台までは島暮らしのような散歩もでき、飛んでいるボラも見え、ラッキーなら飛んでいるエイもも見ることが出来ます。
