This cycling tour is exclusively available to guests staying at Nozawa Onsen Lodge. Explore the mountains and peaceful countryside of Nozawa Onsen by bicycle with an experienced guide.

The tour fee includes both the rental bike and guide fee, so you can easily join even if you do not have your own bicycle.

The route can be adjusted according to the participants’ cycling experience, fitness level, and the weather conditions on the day.

1. Cycle, Sauna & Cheers Tour

After cycling through the beautiful natural surroundings of Nozawa Onsen, relax and unwind in the sauna before finishing the experience with a celebratory drink.

This tour allows you to enjoy both an active cycling experience and a relaxing sauna session.

About the Bikes

As a general rule, all members of the same group will use the same type of bicycle.

Bicycles will be prepared according to each participant’s height. As the number of bicycles and available sizes are limited, please provide the height of every participant when making your reservation.

The rental bike fee is included in the tour price.

Up to two children’s bicycles may be available.

This experience is available on a request basis.

Your reservation will be confirmed only after we have checked the availability of the guide and rental bicycles and contacted you directly.

When making your reservation, please provide the following information:

• Number of participants

• Age of each participant

• Height of each participant

• Cycling experience

• Preferred tour

• Whether you would like to add the Morning Cycling Tour

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your preferred date or tour depending on the availability of the guide and rental bicycles.

Cycling Tour Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 7 to 4 days before the tour date: 30% of the participation fee

• 3 to 2 days before the tour date: 50% of the participation fee

• From the day before the tour to the tour date: 100% of the participation fee

If the tour is cancelled by the organiser due to adverse weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the guest’s control, no cancellation fee will generally be charged.

If a refund is issued, any payment processing fees, bank transfer fees, or other related charges will be the responsibility of the guest. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting these fees.
