We ask you to stay as a member of the Koroku community, with your understanding of this in advance. ■ Parking Please check the parking location we share with you in advance, and do not park anywhere else. Parking elsewhere causes serious trouble for our neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

■ Notes and terms of use - For safety reasons, children aged 12 and under cannot use the Koroku sauna. - Please do not bring food or drinks into the sauna room. (You may have them outside the sauna room.) - Please look after your belongings at your own responsibility. - For hygiene reasons, please do not use the sauna in underwear you have already worn. - The facility is not responsible for theft of or damage to your belongings. - The sauna equipment (stove and sauna stones) gets very hot. Please do not touch it. - The steam from the stones is very hot when you pour water yourself (self-loyly). Please take great care. - Please do not talk loudly or play music on speakers you bring in. - Please drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna. - Please use the sauna according to how you feel, and do not overdo it. - You cannot use the sauna after drinking alcohol. - If you arrive late for your reserved time, the end time cannot be changed. - The footing is uneven in some areas. Please take great care. - The facility is not responsible for injuries or accidents on the premises. ■ Cancellation policy and fees (please contact us by phone) - Up to 7 days before: no fee - 2 to 6 days before: 50% - The day before: 70% - On the day: 100% * No fee applies if we decide the sauna cannot be used safely because of weather or similar conditions. ■ What to bring and rentals [What to bring] - Swimsuit (you cannot use the sauna without one) - Bath towel [Rentals] - Bath towel: 500 yen [Amenities] - Shampoo, conditioner, body soap - Hair dryer

If you hold a sauna ticket from our crowdfunding campaign, you can use it with the day-use sauna plan. *Please note that it cannot be used with stay plans.
