What time do the meals included in the accommodation plan start?
For dinner, you can choose your preferred time from 18:00 or 19:00. Breakfast is served at 8:00. Please note that due to preparations, we have set a different start time.
Can children also use it?
Yes , they can. The Kura-no-ma is not suitable for use by small children, such as open atriums and stairs with gaps, so please consider this carefully before using them. We also offer kids plates for children under the age of 12. If you would like this, please select it as an option when making your reservation.
Could you prepare a cake ?
We can prepare anniversary plates with messages and flowers. If you would like to use this service, please write it in the inquiry field when making a reservation. Additional charges apply and must be paid on-site.
Is smoking allowed indoors? / Is there a smoking room?
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the premises (including the garden). Smoking is only allowed outside in designated smoking areas. Please contact our staff for location.
How many cars can I park?
Guests have parking spaces for up to two cars in each building. Please let us know in advance if you require additional parking space. Please refer to the sign in front of the property or ask staff for parking location.
