In DENIM HOUSE BON, you can enjoy aged wagyu beef lasagna from the restaurant “pile” within DENIM HOSTEL float, famous for their lasagna with homemade pasta sheets and natural wine!
A type of wheat called “Fukuhonoka” cultivated in Setouchi, Okayama is used in homemade pasta sheets as well as in focaccias.
Lasagna is a Bolognese sauce made by slowly simmering Wagyu beef from Nagi Town, Okayama Prefecture, with red wine and tomatoes.

Cooking | Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 210℃.
Once the preheating is complete, put the lasagna inside and bake for 25 minutes.2. Heat the focaccia up at 500W for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Breakfast "Kojima's Specialty Takomeshi"

Kojima’s octopus fishing quota is among the best in Japan.
Kojima, Kurashiki has a particularly fast tidal current in the Seto Inland Sea. Octopuses grown in the sea nearby are famous for their chewy and firm texture.
A long-time local favorite recipe is the “takomeshi”which is seasoned rice with chopped-up octopuses.
DENIM HOUSE BON’s breakfast serves takomeshi,and side dishes that consist of vinegared “mamakari” (Japanese scaled sardines),Seto Inland’s garaebi shrimp, and seasonal vegetables.
Enjoy a specially made miso soup with garaebi paste added to combined rice koji miso from "Meitou Miso Honpo" in Setouchi, Okayama.

Cooking | Preparation1. Wash the rice and put the pre-packaged takomeshi ingredients inside, followed by the amount of water mentioned on the bag. Start cooking the rice.
2. Take out the miso from the bottle and pour in a preferred amount of hot water and then you are all ready.
