Overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, “DENIM HOUSE BON” is located in the city of Kojima, Kurashiki, the birthplace of domestic denim. Follow an old, narrow path from the station to find a building of over 90 years, nestled within a quiet residential area.

The old wooden house, cherished for generations, has been transformed into an accommodation facility, embodying the fresh perspectives and creative visions of those involved.

Upon entering, you will see a spacious earthen-floored space. There is enough space for 4 to 6 people to relax, making it a perfect place for gathering after dinner, or spending a peaceful morning.

There are 2 bedrooms, each of which gets plenty of sunlight.

The Japanese-style “EN”, closer to the entrance, has an engawa (wooden-floor veranda) where morning sunlight pours in. It includes 1 queen-sized bed. Lounge on our original denim sofa or enjoy the garden view from the engawa.

Further in is the Western-style “YO”, which gets bathed by the setting sun.

It includes 2 full-sized beds and our original denim sofa. Adjacent to it is a Japanese-style room and a study, ensuring plenty of space.

A key feature of the eat-in kitchen is its close proximity between the kitchen and dining table for easier communication. The round bamboo table by Kurashiki’s “TEORI” is also an ideal size for 4 to 6 people to gather and chat.

In the wine cellar are selected bottles of wine with a focus on wine made in Okayama Prefecture. You can purchase your favorite on the spot to enjoy.

Beginning with the dinner and breakfast you selected at the time of booking, we have prepared a complete set of basic cooking utensils (details available on our official website) so you can enjoy the meals and any snacks you bring on your own.

Further into the facility and to the left is the warehouse. Denim products are available for purchase on the first floor, and there is a gallery on the second floor.

Original products from ITONAMI, the denim brand operated by BON, are available for you to touch or try on. We also showcase our past developments as well as various ongoing projects. Feel free to check them out during your free time such as after check-in, before dinner, or the following morning.
