Our property is located in a beautiful natural setting, where the presence of insects can vary depending on the season and weather conditions. As a result, it is difficult to completely prevent or control their presence. While we take every possible measure to minimize insects and other wildlife around the property, **we are unable to offer refunds or compensation due to the presence of insects or other effects of the surrounding natural environment.** We kindly ask that you understand and accept these conditions when considering your stay with us. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please refrain from smoking anywhere other than the designated smoking areas.

If any of the following conditions apply on the day of your stay, you may be eligible for a cancellation fee waiver. ――― ・Your reserved flight has been canceled. 　*You will be required to provide your flight reservation and an official certificate of cancellation.* ・Public transportation services are suspended for the entire day. ・A typhoon-related warning, such as a storm warning, has been issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for the area surrounding our property, and there is no indication that the warning will be lifted. ・We determine that it would be difficult to provide a safe stay due to the effects of the typhoon. ――― During periods of strong winds, the use of fire, including BBQs, campfires, and fireworks, may be restricted or prohibited for safety reasons. If we determine that any such activity or service must be canceled for safety reasons, we will provide a full refund for any additional options that have already been paid for but cannot be used. We will do our best to accommodate guests affected by weather-related circumstances, such as power outages or worsening transportation conditions. However, please understand that we may not always be able to guarantee normal operations or services. Please also note that, other than a cancellation fee waiver, we are unable to provide alternative accommodation arrangements, transportation expenses, or any other compensation. We kindly ask for your understanding. Even if none of the above conditions apply, guests who are concerned about traveling due to the weather may request to change their reservation dates up until the day before their scheduled stay. If you would like to change your dates, please contact us as early as possible. *If you wish to change your reservation dates, please specify your preferred alternative date. If your alternative date has not yet been decided, or if we do not receive a response from you for a certain period of time, we may proceed according to the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation and the above cancellation fee waiver policy.
