No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. If indoor smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM ※ Please check in by 8:00 PM at the latest. ※ You can come and go after check-in. ※ For plans including dinner, please check in at least one hour before the dinner start time.
Arrival Time
If you have not arrived by 8:00 PM on the day of your stay (with a maximum limit of 9:00 PM) and we cannot contact you, your reservation may be considered canceled by the applicant, and it may be processed accordingly. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged. ※ Exception: If it is proven that the guest's failure to arrive without notice was due to reasons beyond their control, such as train or plane delays or other reasons not attributable to the guest, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Noise Management
As the vicinity is a residential area, please refrain from loud noises and voices inside and outside the residence to avoid disturbing neighbors. Please be especially mindful when using the sauna and outdoor bath.
Management of Valuables
We are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables inside the residence.
Use of Fire
The use of fire is strictly prohibited inside the residence except in the kitchen. ※ Fireworks are also prohibited in the garden.
Parking
If using the on-site parking, please make sure to close the shutter when parking. Only one parking space is available. For additional cars, please use nearby coin-operated parking. Parking in front of the main entrance is prohibited.

In case of an emergency, please contact shibi with details of the emergency.
Equipment and Fixtures
Do not move, modify, or take any equipment or fixtures from the facility to other locations. Also, refrain from using them for purposes other than intended. If the facility suffers damage due to intentional or negligent actions, the guest will be liable for compensation for the damages.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs and assistance dogs are exempt from this rule. Please contact us in advance.
