We are sorry, but we do not have our own parking. Please use one of the coin parking lots nearby. After you book, we can send you our recommended parking spots on request.

Whichever room you are staying in, please come to the cafe & lounge at Tipy records inn photon to check in. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Once your booking is complete we will email you an access guide; please follow it to reach us. If you will arrive later than the time you booked, please contact us without fail. If we cannot reach you by 22:00 on the day, we will treat the booking as a no-show and no refund can be given.

Check-in starts at 15:00, but if your room is ready we can let you in earlier. The cafe opens at 13:00, so you are welcome to enjoy a coffee while you wait. Check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out is available on request for an extra fee.

Yes. Before check-in we can hold your luggage from 10:00 onwards. It is kept in the cafe space, so we cannot take responsibility for it, and we may have to decline depending on the amount. The same applies after check-out - please just speak to a member of staff.

We are sorry, but we offer room-only stays. Odawara has plenty of good places to eat - please ask our staff and we will happily recommend some local favourites.

For preschool-aged children, one child per adult may share a bed with you free of charge. We are unable to accept children under 2 years old.

The shower booths and the toilet are shared with other guests. There are two shower booths, so please be considerate of others when using them. If you would like a long, relaxed soak, we recommend the hot springs in Odawara or Hakone. The building is a renovated old house with thin walls, so you may hear voices from the room next door. We hope you will understand.

The whole property is non-smoking. Our neighbours are private homes, so we also ask you not to smoke on the street outside.
