EARTH is GOKAN KOTOHIRA’s only dog-friendly room, designed for guests traveling with pets.

Celebrate Kotohira’s unique history of the “Konpira Dog”, dogs that once served as companions for shrine visits in place of their owners, and enjoy a stroll to Kotohira-gu Shrine together.

The room comes with ample dog amenities, including beds, crates, bowls, and a washing area—everything you need for a comfortable stay with your furry friend.。

Check-in hours are 15:00 – 21:00.

■ Self Check-In Information

Our property uses a self check-in system.
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email you receive after completing your reservation and complete the pre-check-in in advance.
On the day of your arrival, you will need the check-in code to complete check-in on the provided tablet, so please make sure to keep the code from the email safe.

■ Luggage Storage

If you would like to store your luggage, please contact us in advance via email (gokan@jp.pasona.com) or our official LINE account (@819ykxql).

■ Parking

One parking space is available free of charge.

If you’d like to use the parking space, please select the “Parking” option when making your reservation and complete the parking form in advance.

PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION GUIDELINES

This room is part of our pet-friendly building, designed to provide a comfortable space for both pets and their families.
Before making your reservation, please read the following guidelines and confirm your understanding.

1. Accepted Pets & Pre-Travel Requirements

Type: Up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs (please contact us regarding other pets)

Size: Up to 20 kg per dog

Health Requirements: To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and their pets, we require that all dogs have up-to-date vaccinations and a rabies vaccination prior to arrival.

2. Information Required at Booking

Please provide the following details when making your reservation:

Type of pet, number of pets, weight of each pet

Proof of vaccinations (a submission form will be sent after booking)

3. In-Room Rules

Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while in the room.

Please avoid behaviors that may disturb neighbors or other guests (e.g., excessive barking, leaving pets unattended).

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

If bringing pets into the bedroom, please keep them in a cage and do not allow them on the bedding.

4. Other Notes

Guests may be charged for any damage or soiling of room furnishings caused by pets.

In case of a pet’s health emergency, we can provide information about nearby veterinary clinics.

Please note that all medical and transportation costs will be the responsibility of the guest.
