1. Where are pick-up services available? Do you also provide return transportation? We are pleased to offer complimentary pick-up services from Niigata Station, Niigata Airport, and Shibata Station. ・Approximately 40 minutes from Niigata Station / Niigata Airport ・Approximately 15 minutes from Shibata Station Should you wish to arrange transportation, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance. Return transportation is, of course, also available. If your destination is closer than Niigata Station, we may be able to accommodate your preferred drop-off location. Please do not hesitate to inquire. 2. What is available in the minibar? The minibar is thoughtfully stocked with a selection of locally crafted Niigata beer, premium sake, whisky, soft drinks, tea, and light refreshments. We offer all essential beverages and snacks, so there is no need to bring your own provisions. 3. What does the dinner experience include, and what beverages are paired? Our dinner consists of a refined multi-course menu—typically comprising a dozen or more plates—crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients. Each dish reflects a harmonious blend of contemporary culinary sensibilities and the traditions deeply rooted in our region. They tell the stories of those who work in concert with nature: farmers, fishermen, hunters, and foragers. To complement the meal, we offer a curated pairing of Niigata’s finest sake. Non-alcoholic pairings are also available; please feel free to indicate your preference via email following your reservation. 4. What time are dinner and breakfast served? Dinner is graciously served at 6:00 PM, and breakfast at 8:00 AM. At the appointed time, our staff will escort you to your table to ensure a seamless and comfortable dining experience.
