This package offers a craft/ceramic painting experience using SIONE’s transfer printing technique.

Learn about the history of Japanese ceramics and paint your own ceramic piece by hand. By immersing yourself in the creative process, you can savor the richness of the present moment.

While taking in the play of light and shadow created by the dappled sunlight in traditional Japanese architecture, you can spend time allowing your senses to open up as you reflect on the meaning of your own existence.

Meditate to settle your mind and give form to your ideas

First, adjust your breath and calm your mind confronting the courtyard.

Next, decide on a theme for your ceramic piece.

Will it be a gift for someone special, or for yourself?

Think about the design and the story you want to tell, and bring it to life in a piece that is uniquely yours.

Finally, name your original ceramic piece.

You’ll actually get to use gold glaze and experience the feel of painting with a brush.

After the workshop, enjoy a special tea time with sweets selected for the occasion. And share the meaning behind the name you give to your ceramic piece and the story you have put into it.

Think about how you will use your finished piece and how you might style it.

This also would be an opportunity to connect with the people you meet here, as well as to discover a side of yourself you may not have known before. Enjoy this enriching experience.

This package includes everything in the standard package: herb bath salt making, morning meditation, and rice porridge set for breakfast.

Herb Bath Salt Making (Standard Package)

Pick some herbs from the garden and grind them together with our original bath salts using a mortar and pestle.

Put them in a linen pouch and steep it in your bath, enjoying a relaxing soak with herbs grown in this land.

The bath salt, Misogi, is created in collaboration with LHOOQ, a cosmetics brand that uses only natural ingredients.

Morning Meditation Program (Standard Package)

We offer a meditation time after breakfast, guiding you through a body scan to gently connect with your inner state.

Rice Porridge Set for Breakfast (Standard Package)
We serve rice porridge in a SIONE ceramic bowl, alongside antique Japanese tableware in shiro-no-ma, where morning sunlight shimmers in from the courtyard.

The rice grown by Yogoemon, an eighth-generation farmer in Chiba, using pure spring water, offers a gentle sweetness and rich umami.

Enjoy a mindful breakfast that gently awakens all five senses, from taste to scent.

About craft/ceramic painting experience package
