Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. If indoor smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Check-in: 3:00 PM 　Check-out: 10:00 AM ※ Please check in by 8:00 PM at the latest. ※ You can come and go after check-in.

If you have not arrived by 8:00 PM on the day of your stay (with a maximum limit of 9:00 PM) and we cannot contact you, your reservation may be considered canceled by the applicant, and it may be processed accordingly. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged. ※ Exception: If it is proven that the guest's failure to arrive without notice was due to reasons beyond their control, such as train or plane delays or other reasons not attributable to the guest, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Please refrain from loud noises and voices inside and outside the residence to avoid disturbing neighbors.

We are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables inside the residence.

The use of fire is strictly prohibited inside the residence except in the kitchen.

Do not move, modify, or take any equipment or fixtures from the facility to other locations. Also, refrain from using them for purposes other than intended. If the facility suffers damage due to intentional or negligent actions, the guest will be liable for compensation for the damages.

Pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs and assistance dogs are exempt from this rule. Please contact us in advance.
