Facility Information & Rules ● Our property consists of three standalone villa-type units without on-site staff. Multiple guest groups share the premises, with each group using their own private villa. (Check-in information provided below.) ● Due to the proximity of residential homes, the use of outdoor spaces is permitted until 9:00 PM. ● On the premises, we offer optional facilities including a barrel sauna, private annex, and bonfire area. These are available by advance reservation only and are limited to one group per day on a first-come basis. If any optional facility is used without a valid reservation, double the standard usage fee will be charged. *Free use of ANNEX for 1st -Köu-: ANNEX is available for groups over 5 guests (excluding those sharing a bed). For groups fewer than 5 guests who wish to use ANNEX, we can accommodate this for an additional fee. *Please feel free to use the private indoor sauna in 1st – Köu –. *Please note that 2nd – Töu – and 3 – Yöu – do not have their own saunas. *We do not accept same-day requests for the above options. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance. ●Security cameras are installed outdoors for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized entry or misuse by non-guests. ●There is no TV 2nd – Töu. The TV in 1st – Köu – and the projector in 3rd – Yöu – cannot receive terrestrial broadcasts.

1st Villa – Köu ▶ Parking is located at the rear of the building, where the main entrance is also situated. 2nd Villa – Töu & 3rd Villa – Yöu ▶ These two villas share a common parking area (two spaces on each side). Please do not park in spaces designated for the other unit. We are not responsible for any trouble or accidents that may occur in the parking area. Thank you for your cooperation.

Check-in is fully self-service using a smart lock system. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send a Guest Information Form via email or SMS. Due to legal requirements under the Hotel Business Act, we cannot provide the smart lock passcode until the form has been completed. Please ensure you fill it out before your arrival. Detailed instructions will be provided via email or SMS after booking.
