• Restaurant & Bar: Currently under preparation. The opening date is yet to be determined.

• Shared Container Sauna: Staying guests have complimentary access to our outdoor container sauna located in a separate building.

  • No reservations required.

  • As this is a mixed-gender sauna, wearing a swimsuit is strictly required.

  • Please note: Swimsuit rentals/sales are not available. Please bring your own.

• 【Sauna Operating Hours】

  • Check-in Day: 16:00 – 22:00

  • Consecutive Stay Days: 8:00 – 22:00

  • Check-out Day: 8:00 – 10:00

• Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited.

• In-Room TV: You can enjoy VOD services (such as YouTube). Please note that regular Japanese terrestrial and BS TV broadcasts are not available as there is no TV antenna installed.

📝 Guest Information Registration (Mandatory)

Once your booking is confirmed, registration of information for all staying guests is legally required. Please provide the following details:

• For Guests Residing in Japan: Full Name, Address, and Contact Number.

• For Guests Residing Outside Japan: Full Name, Address, Contact Number, and a copy/photo of your Passport.

【IMPORTANT】 You will not be able to check in unless the guest registration is completed. Please submit this information at least one day prior to your check-in date.

⏰ Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 16:00 onwards. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform us in advance.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, so please ensure you vacate the room on time.

🧹 Housekeeping:

• If you require additional room cleaning during your stay, please send us a message.

📍 Booking Policies:

• Room rates are charged per room, not per person.

• Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized extra guests are found, a penalty fee of 10,000 JPY per extra person, per day will be charged.

• Cancellations will be handled strictly in accordance with our cancellation policy.

🏨 Room Amenities & Facilities

• Kitchen Equipment & Amenities: The kitchen is equipped with the following:

  • Appliances: 2-burner IH stovetop, Rice cooker (with spatula)

  • Cookware: Pots (large/small), Frying pans (large/small), Cutting board, Kitchen knife, Ladle, Cooking chopsticks, Tongs, Turner, Spatula, Mixing bowls, Colander, Peeler, Wine opener

  • Tableware: Chopsticks, Spoons, Forks, Plates (large/small), Glasses, Teacups, Wine glasses (provided according to the number of guests)

  • Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Black pepper, Cooking oil

• Eco-Friendly Amenities: To protect the environment, disposable amenities such as hairbrushes and razors are not provided.

  • Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom.

  • Toothbrushes, cotton swabs, face towels, bath towels, and bathrobes are provided according to the number of guests.

• Luggage Shipping: We do not handle incoming/outgoing luggage shipments. If you need to ship items, you must arrange it yourself. (The nearest Yamato Transport service center is a 7-minute drive away).

• Facility Property: Please do not remove any items or amenities from the premises. Any missing items after check-out will be reported to the police as theft.
  
  
  ■Please note that we apply our Winter Season Cancellation Policy (December to March) as follows. We kindly ask you to review it before confirming your booking:

  • 30 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount

  • 14 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount

  • 7 days before arrival to the day of check-in / No-show: 100% of the total booking amount
