Minato no Akari 10th Anniversary Plan | A place where you can say, "I'm home."
Minatonoakari will celebrate their 10th anniversary on September 26, 2026.
The time we've spent with everyone who has visited so far has helped this place grow little by little.
The day you first came.
The nights you spent with someone.
The quiet moments you spent without thinking about it.
With heartfelt gratitude for each and every one of them.
We have prepared a special plan to commemorate our 10th anniversary.
Those who book this plan will receive a complimentary stay for one adult on their next visit.
To ensure you can enjoy a slightly more leisurely stay this time,
we have arranged for late check-out and a discount for consecutive-night stays.
Invite someone special.
Or, come with your usual companion.
We would also be happy if you came back and said "I'm home."

Is the house cold in winter since it's a traditional Japanese house?
While the house is equipped with air conditioning, it is a 120-year-old traditional Japanese home, so you may feel more of the outdoor temperature than in a modern building. During the winter season, we also provide a kotatsu (heated table) and a commercial-grade heater to help keep you warm and comfortable.
Are there insects?
As our 120-year-old traditional house is surrounded by the natural environment of Hayama, insects may occasionally find their way indoors, especially during warmer seasons. We carry out regular pest control measures, but we kindly ask for your understanding as this is part of staying in a house immersed in nature.
