What is included

A private natural onsen, yours alone, available twenty-four hours from the moment you check in. Welcome sweets and matcha at the lounge on arrival. In your villa: YUFU COFFEE's Ethiopian beans, a matcha-blended Genmaicha selected for the kettle, traditional sweets to pair with both.

A 4K projector with Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video already signed in. Bose 901 audio when the silence feels right to break. A fully equipped kitchen — and in the larger villas, a wine cellar — for the evenings you want to cook in. High-speed Wi-Fi at 150 Mbps throughout. A yukata for every registered guest.

Original artwork on every wall — Kohei Nawa, Hiroshi Sugimoto, and others — yours to look at closely, to photograph if you like. Free parking with advance reservation. An online butler who answers from the moment you book until the moment you leave.

What is not included

Breakfast is not served on-site by design. Our butler shares the Yufuin Secret Travel Guide on arrival — a curated list of nearby cafés and bakeries we trust. Most guests find the morning walk into the village becomes part of the rhythm of staying here.

If you plan to visit the public Yunotsubo Onsen, please bring your own body soap; the public bathhouse does not provide it. Additional vehicles beyond the first parked car carry a small fee.

Important to know

Two parties per night across our four villas. Direct booking gives you the widest availability and the best rate.

Every villa is two-story with stairs. If accessibility is a concern, please tell us in advance — we will recommend the right villa.

Tattoos are completely welcome — the onsen is private to your villa. Photography of the artwork is welcome; please don't touch the surfaces. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Babies and young children are very welcome — please note ages 0–6 when you book.
