To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the facility. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly requested to use the designated outdoor smoking areas. Please refrain from littering cigarette butts or smoking outside the designated areas. If smoking is detected indoors, an additional fee may be charged to cover cleaning and deodorization costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our facility is located in a natural setting, and insects may appear depending on the season and weather conditions. While we take preventive measures as much as possible, we kindly ask for your understanding.

Guests can stay as usual during normal rainy conditions. However, in cases of severe weather such as typhoons where safety cannot be ensured, we will contact you in advance to provide further guidance.

Children are welcome to stay at our facility. However, for hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted.
