About 160 km south of Tokyo lies a landscape of pristine white sandy beaches and the crystal-clear “Niijima Blue” sea that stretches as far as the eye can see.
The townscape, lined with houses and stone statues crafted from the local specialty “Koga Stone,” exudes a distinct exotic charm.
Soak in a hot spring while listening to the sound of the waves, watch the setting sun, and gaze up at a sky full of stars at night.

交通機関の欠航に伴うキャンセルはキャンセル料かかりますか？Will I be charged a cancellation fee if my trip is canceled due to transportation service disruptions?
新島へアクセスする公共交通機関（東海汽船・新中央航空）が悪天候等の不可抗力により欠航となった場合はキャンセル料をいただきませんが（確定後要連絡）、運行確定前にお客様ご自身の判断でキャンセルされた場合や、悪天候であっても交通機関が通常通り運行・就航している場合は、通常の規定通りキャンセル料が発生いたしますので予めご了承ください。 Please note that if public transportation to Niijima (Tokai Kisen and Shin-Chuo Kuko) is canceled due to force majeure such as inclement weather (please contact us after your reservation is confirmed), no cancellation fee will be charged. However, please be aware that cancellation fees will apply as per our standard policy if you cancel at your own discretion before the schedule is confirmed, or if the transportation services are operating as usual despite inclement weather.
