The interior is approximately 66 square meters.

There are two bedrooms. One features a warm, wood-toned interior, while the other has a traditional Japanese aesthetic.

With two queen-size beds and two futons, the room can accommodate up to six guests.

The living room features a large dining table that naturally draws everyone together.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric pressure cooker, and electric kettle, so you’re welcome to bring your own ingredients and cook to your heart’s content.

The microwave oven and toaster are from the coveted appliance brand “BALMUDA.”

We also welcome guests staying for workation purposes.

We provide free Wi-Fi, a printer, and a De'Longhi coffee maker.

○ Please be considerate of your neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

We have received the following complaints from neighbors. Please refrain from these behaviors at all costs.

・Entering neighboring properties

・Asking neighbors for “rice” or “seasonings”

・Making a commotion while completely naked

○ Smoking is prohibited everywhere except in the parking lot.

If you smoke, please do so in the parking lot.

　Even when smoking in the parking lot, please do not loiter or discard cigarette butts, as these actions disturb the neighbors.

○ No shoes allowed inside the unit.

○ No pets allowed.

○ Visitors are not permitted to enter the unit.

○ Bringing charcoal BBQ equipment is prohibited.

○ Please be aware that we will charge you for any damage to or loss of property, as well as for any unexpected cleaning costs.

○ If you lose the key, you will be required to pay for a replacement.

○ Please note that we will charge a disposal fee for any items left behind that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as briefcases or strollers.

○ Please share a photo of your ID.

○ If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us at least one day in advance. If you request an extension on the day of checkout, we will charge half the cleaning fee as a cancellation fee.

○ Please be aware that you may be charged an additional fee if your checkout is delayed and it interferes with our cleaning schedule.

We would appreciate your cooperation

○ Please keep the room clean. When you check out, please ensure it is in the same condition as when you arrived.

○ Please limit the use of towels and linens to one set per person. If they become soiled, please wash them yourself.

○ We do not provide cleaning services during your stay. If the room becomes dirty, please clean it yourself.

○ Please help us conserve energy. When you go out, please turn off the air conditioner, TV, lights, and other appliances before leaving.

○ Please do not answer the intercom.
