BBQ Guidelines
○ Electric grills are provided. Bringing charcoal BBQ equipment is prohibited. ○ Please bring your own seasonings and food ingredients. ○ Please clean up as thoroughly as possible after use. ○ Please be aware that leaving trash behind will attract insects and wild animals.
Regarding the Sauna
○ When using the sauna, please be considerate of the neighbors by wearing a T-shirt or wrapping a towel around yourself. ○ It takes over 40 minutes to heat up.
A car is required to access this location. Parking is available for 3 cars.
It is inconvenient to go anywhere without a car. Parking is available for 3 cars on the premises.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and on the entire wooden deck. Smoking is permitted in the parking lot.
Smoking is prohibited everywhere except in the parking lot. Smokers are asked to smoke in the parking lot. When smoking in the parking lot, please refrain from loitering or littering cigarette butts, as this may disturb the neighbors.
Meals are not provided.
BBQ grills are available in the kitchen and on the wooden deck, so you are welcome to cook your own meals there.
Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests.
The number of guests entered during the online booking process is automatically forwarded to the cleaning company. We appreciate your cooperation in booking for the correct number of guests.

If you require a receipt, please let us know at the time of booking. We will email you a PDF receipt. As this is an unstaffed facility, we are unable to assist you on-site.
We cannot guarantee early check-in in advance. We will approve it after 4:00 PM on the day before check-in, depending on the check-in situation on the day of arrival.
