《Facility Information and Rules》 ● This is a villa-style accommodation with no on-site staff; we ask that you check in on your own. ● Guests aged 18 and older are required to upload a copy of their ID. (See below for details.) ● As there are private residences in the neighborhood, use of outdoor spaces is limited to before 9:00 PM. ● We offer a “separate bedroom” and a “bonfire area” on the premises, but these are available only to guests who have reserved them as paid options. Please note that if you use these facilities without a reservation, you will be charged double the standard usage fee. ●Security cameras are installed outdoors for security purposes and to prevent unauthorized entry or misuse by non-guests. ●A TV is provided, but terrestrial broadcasts cannot be viewed. (Please use your own account to enjoy video streaming services.) ●Housekeeping service is not provided during multi-night stays. Towels sufficient for the duration of your stay will be provided.

* NOT A PRIVATE BEACH * ●Please engage in swimming and other activities on the beach and in the ocean at your own risk. This facility assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, lost items, or any other incidents. (There are no lifeguards on duty.) ●Use of the facilities is not permitted before check-in or after check-out. ●Please check the weather and sea conditions (waves, currents, etc.) carefully and use the facilities safely. Please refrain from entering the water during inclement weather or if conditions are deemed dangerous. ●Please be sure to return any equipment used from our facility to the designated location. If any items are found to be lost or damaged, you will be responsible for the replacement costs. ●Minors are not permitted to use the ocean unsupervised. Please ensure that minors are under the supervision of a guardian at all times. ●The collection or harvesting of marine products (shellfish, seafood, seaweed, etc.) may be prohibited by relevant laws and local regulations. Unauthorized collection is strictly prohibited. ●To preserve the beach and surrounding environment, please be sure to take all trash back to your guest room. ●The use of open flames, such as bonfires, fireworks, and barbecues, is prohibited. ●Please refrain from making noise, as it may disturb neighbors and other guests. ●Dangerous activities (such as diving, reckless behavior on rocky areas, or swimming after drinking alcohol) are prohibited. ●If you damage or deface facility equipment or the natural environment, you may be charged for repair costs. ●Please strictly follow staff instructions and posted safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.

Our property operates on a fully self-check-in system using smart locks. Please submit the registration form for the primary guest via the link provided in the email we send after your reservation is confirmed. If this form is not submitted, a passcode for the smart lock will not be issued, so please be sure to complete it before your arrival. *Passport information for all guests must be uploaded. (Not required for children.) Detailed instructions will be provided via email after your reservation is confirmed.
