Our maximum room capacity is 2 guests. Due to our facilities, guests must be 10 years or older to stay. Please note that children count toward the total guest capacity and are charged the adult rate.

・Non-Smoking Property: Our entire building and grounds are strictly non-smoking, and no designated smoking areas are available. As we are located in a residential neighborhood, smoking on nearby streets or in front of neighboring properties is also strictly prohibited. ・Fire Safety: To prevent fire hazards, open flames—including lighters, candles, and portable gas stoves—are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our environment safe and comfortable for everyone.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our property and limited storage space, we are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out. If you need to store your luggage, please use the paid coin lockers located at Kanazawa Station, Kanazawa MZA, or around Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle.

We do not have private parking on site. Please use public paid parking lots nearby or around Kenrokuen Garden.

・Kitchenette & Tableware: Glasses, plates, and cutlery (spoons, forks, and chopsticks) are provided in the kitchenette. However, cookware, pots, and seasonings are not available. To maintain our facilities, bringing in cookware or cooking full meals is not permitted—the space is intended only for light use, such as making tea and coffee or preparing fruit. ・Laundry Facilities: There are no washing machines on site. If you need to do laundry, a coin laundromat is located just a 7-minute walk away.

We provide a range of free amenities during your stay, including: Bath towels, face towels, pajamas, toothbrushes, sheet masks, heated eye masks, cooling leg sheets, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earplugs, bottled water, complimentary drinks, ice cream, coffee, and tea. *Subject to minor changes.
