We have two parking spaces at a nearby contracted parking lot. Please do not park on the street or in vacant lots, as this may cause inconvenience to our neighbors.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a microwave, kettle, rice cooker, dishes, and basic seasonings such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. After use, we kindly ask you to do some basic cleaning.

We provide one bath towel, one face towel, and one toothbrush per guest. For stays of multiple nights, we do not provide towel changes or cleaning services during your stay. A washing machine and laundry detergent are available for your use.

Our property can accommodate up to 13 guests. Children aged 6 and above are charged the adult rate. Please ensure that the number of guests matches the number stated in your reservation. Stays exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted. An additional charge will apply for any unauthorized guests.

As our property is unmanned and we need time to prepare for your stay, we are unable to offer early check-in or store luggage before check-in. We appreciate your understanding. We recommend using the coin lockers available at Kumamoto Station for your luggage.

Our property is located on elevated ground, with some slopes and stairs. If you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with elderly guests, we recommend arriving by car or taxi.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking under the kitchen ventilation fan is also prohibited, as the smell may remain in the property. If this rule is violated, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed at our property. Is early check-in or luggage storage available? Due to our preparation schedule and unmanned operation, we do not offer early check-in or luggage storage before check-in. Thank you for your understanding. For luggage storage, you can use the coin lockers at Kumamoto Station.

Our property is unmanned, so check-in is self-service. In accordance with Japanese law, we ask all guests to register their guest information in advance. On the day of check-in, we will send you detailed information, including the key code, parking, access instructions, and how to use the facilities.

A cancellation fee will be charged according to our cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking for details.

As there are residential homes nearby, please be especially considerate of noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud conversations, music, and parties are not permitted in the garden.
