Parking
Complimentary parking is available on the property. Please drive slowly and carefully when entering or parking, taking care to avoid nearby plants and buildings. Out of consideration for our neighbors, please refrain from parking outside the designated area or on surrounding roads.
BBQ Guidelines
Guests are welcome to enjoy BBQs on the property. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal, fire starters, and other consumable supplies. If any charcoal or fire starters have been left by previous guests in the outdoor storage area, you are welcome to use them. When using the BBQ grill, please always place a fire-resistant mat underneath it to prevent the grass from burning. Please handle fire with care and ensure that all charcoal and flames are completely extinguished after use. To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels down, especially during the evening and nighttime hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment.
Seasonings and Condiments
The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings and condiments, including salt and pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, and olive oil. If you require any specific seasonings or ingredients, we kindly ask that you bring your own. We hope you enjoy preparing meals with fresh local ingredients and making the most of your time at the Villa.
