The villa features two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a wide-double bed.
Simple and peaceful, the bedrooms are designed for restful nights surrounded by nature.Wake slowly with the morning light, and at night, fall asleep in the quiet atmosphere of the village.
It is a space where you can feel close to the nature and everyday rhythms of Okinawa.※ For groups of 5 guests, a single futon will be provided in the living and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with a German-made electric cooker, Vitamix blender, coffee grinder, rice cooker, and microwave oven.
Salt, pepper, Okinawan brown sugar, and olive oil are also provided.Pick up fresh local ingredients and prepare a meal, or take your time brewing coffee in the morning.
Everything is designed so you can enjoy the feeling of living here, even while traveling.

The bathroom combines mortar-finished walls and floors with a warm wooden ceiling, creating a simple and open atmosphere.
With the natural textures of each material left visible, it is a calm and comfortable space to begin and end your day.

Whether you are staying for a few nights or a little longer, you can enjoy the comfort and convenience of everyday living.

For time outdoors, BBQ equipment and outdoor chairs are also available for use in the garden.

We offer a self check-in system, so there is no need to pick up a key.
Simply enter the access code provided to you in advance and enter the villa. You can check in smoothly at your own pace, without worrying about your arrival time.

Look for the “SHINMINKA Villa” sign at the entrance and enter the property via the gravel driveway next to the sign.

Typhoon Policy and Cancellations
Typhoons may affect Okinawa and the Amami Islands, particularly between May and October. Cancellations due to typhoons, severe weather, flight or ferry cancellations, or other transportation disruptions are generally subject to our standard cancellation policy. If a typhoon is forecast, please check the latest weather updates and transportation schedules, and prioritize your safety when making travel decisions. To prepare for unexpected changes to your travel plans, we recommend considering trip cancellation insurance. Exceptions may apply in certain circumstances, such as when the property becomes unavailable for accommodation, as specified in our terms and conditions. Parking
Complimentary parking is available on the property. Please drive slowly and carefully when entering or parking, taking care to avoid nearby plants and buildings. Out of consideration for our neighbors, please refrain from parking outside the designated area or on surrounding roads.
BBQ Guidelines
Guests are welcome to enjoy BBQs on the property. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal, fire starters, and other consumable supplies. If any charcoal or fire starters have been left by previous guests in the outdoor storage area, you are welcome to use them. When using the BBQ grill, please always place a fire-resistant mat underneath it to prevent the grass from burning. Please handle fire with care and ensure that all charcoal and flames are completely extinguished after use. To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels down, especially during the evening and nighttime hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment.
Seasonings and Condiments
The kitchen is stocked with basic seasonings and condiments, including salt and pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, and olive oil. If you require any specific seasonings or ingredients, we kindly ask that you bring your own.
