SHINMINKA Villa GUSHIKEN

A private villa designed to bring you closer to Okinawa’s natural light, gentle breezes, and lush greenery.

The interior is simple and serene, with the living area and bedrooms flowing naturally into one another. Though compact, the open layout creates a comfortable sense of space.

LIVING/DINING

Natural light pours in through large openings, while fresh air moves gently throughout the villa.
The greenery outside the windows and the sounds of nature from the surrounding village are all part of the experience of staying here.

2 BEDROOM

The villa features two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a semi-double bed.
Simple and peaceful, the bedrooms are designed for restful nights surrounded by nature.

Wake slowly with the morning light, and at night, fall asleep in the quiet atmosphere of the village.
It is a space where you can feel close to the nature and everyday rhythms of Okinawa.

※ For groups of 5 guests, a single futon will be provided in the living and dining area.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a German-made electric cooker, Vitamix blender, coffee grinder, rice cooker, and microwave oven.
Salt, pepper, Okinawan brown sugar, and olive oil are also provided.

Pick up fresh local ingredients and prepare a meal, or take your time brewing coffee in the morning.

Everything is designed so you can enjoy the feeling of living here, even while traveling.

BATHROOM

The bathroom combines mortar-finished walls and floors with a warm wooden ceiling, creating a simple and open atmosphere.

With the natural textures of each material left visible, it is a calm and comfortable space to begin and end your day.

※To reduce environmental impact, we provide only essential amenities.

Towels / Slippers / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body Soap / Hand Soap

Disposable amenities such as toothbrushes and razors are not provided.

We kindly ask you to bring your own personal items.

REFRIGERATOR / WASHING MACHINE

Everyday essentials, including a refrigerator and washing machine, are neatly integrated into the interior so they do not interrupt the simplicity of the space.

Whether you are staying for a few nights or a little longer, you can enjoy the comfort and convenience of everyday living.

BBQ RENTAL

For time outdoors, BBQ equipment and outdoor chairs are also available for use in the garden.

※ Please bring your own charcoal and fire starters.

You can pick up fresh local ingredients and enjoy a BBQ, or simply relax outdoors.

Enjoy the fresh air and gentle Okinawan breeze, and spend your time outside at your own pace.

CHECK-IN

We offer a self check-in system, so there is no need to pick up a key.

Simply enter the access code provided to you in advance and enter the villa. You can check in smoothly at your own pace, without worrying about your arrival time.
