・Check-in Hours: Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. If you wish to check in after 18:00, please be sure to inform us when making your reservation. (Please note that we cannot accommodate late-night check-ins). ・Arrival Time: A staff member will be waiting for you at the on-site management office at your scheduled arrival time. Please be sure to contact us if your arrival time changes. ・When you arrive, our staff will guide you to your accommodation to explain how to use the electronic key and room facilities. Please note that because our staff are not fully fluent in foreign languages, we will use a translation app. Therefore, completing the registration forms and check-in paperwork may take some time. For group bookings with multiple rooms, it will likely take longer. ***Please Note:If you have plans to go out right after arrival, please make sure to arrive early with plenty of time to spare.

***Strictly Non-Smoking:Our property is completely non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors (including the garden, wooden deck, and parking area). This policy also applies to electronic cigarettes and vapes. ***No Open Flames:The use or bringing in of any open flames is strictly prohibited. This includes fireworks, barbecue grills, aroma candles, and incense.
