"OKYO" is the largest guest room at Ninoumi, featuring an additional Japanese-style room on the second floor.

Traditional Japanese-style room (We can prepare up to 2 sets of futon bedding)

・Maximum capacity: 5 guests (including preschool children).
・Soundproofing: "OKYO" and "BAIGAN" were created by dividing a single historic main building. The rooms are not completely soundproof, and ambient sounds may carry. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum.

About Check-in
・Check-in Hours: Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. If you wish to check in after 18:00, please be sure to inform us when making your reservation. (Please note that we cannot accommodate late-night check-ins). ・Arrival Time: A staff member will be waiting for you at the on-site management office at your scheduled arrival time. Please be sure to contact us if your arrival time changes. ・When you arrive, our staff will guide you to your accommodation to explain how to use the electronic key and room facilities. Please note that because our staff are not fully fluent in foreign languages, we will use a translation app. Therefore, completing the registration forms and check-in paperwork may take some time. For group bookings with multiple rooms, it will likely take longer. ***Please Note:If you have plans to go out right after arrival, please make sure to arrive early with plenty of time to spare.

Parking: Only 1 parking space is available per rented villa. (Please note: The parking space is not suitable for large vehicles). ***Liability: We assume absolutely no responsibility for any accidents, thefts, or damages that may occur in the parking area.
No Smoking & No Open Flames
***Strictly Non-Smoking:Our property is completely non-smoking, both indoors and outdoors (including the garden, wooden deck, and parking area). This policy also applies to electronic cigarettes and vapes. ***No Open Flames:The use or bringing in of any open flames is strictly prohibited. This includes fireworks, barbecue grills, aroma candles, and incense.
No Pets Allowed
Pets: Not allowed anywhere on the premises (both indoors and outdoors.
Child Pricing Policy
Accommodation is complimentary for up to one preschool child who shares bedding with an adult (co-sleeping). Please note that the standard adult rate will apply if extra bedding is required, or for a second child or more.
