Where can I use my voucher?

You can use your voucher by entering the voucher number in the designated field when making a reservation through our website (https://www.chillnn.com/), or by providing the voucher number to the hotel staff at the time of on-site payment. Please note that some facilities only accept on-site payment. Please confirm with the relevant facility in advance.

Can I split my voucher and use it in two separate transactions?

Each voucher can only be used once. If the billed amount is less than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded.

How will I receive my voucher?

After purchasing a voucher, an email containing the voucher number will be sent to the email address you provided. Please make sure your email settings allow messages from the "@chillnn.com" domain. Please keep the received email safe and do not discard it.

I accidentally deleted the email containing my voucher number. What should I do?

Please contact the hotel where you purchased the voucher.

I want to cancel a reservation made with a voucher. What happens to the voucher?

Reservations made using a voucher generally cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to make it, please contact the hotel directly.
